You also grant us the right to use pictures of your image/design and pictures of the resulting jewelry item for marketing purposes.

You warrant that the image is original to you and does not infringe any intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party, or that you have obtained the necessary rights from the third-party owner of the intellectual property, including the right to grant us such licenses. You are responsible for obtaining such third-party licenses (if needed). KM Jewelry Design LLC may reject any project that is believed to violate third-party intellectual property rights, or for any other reason. You agree to indemnify KM Jewelry Design LLC against any third-party claims for intellectual property infringement arising out of your use of the Services.
